1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c finely chopped almonds
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 t thyme
dash of salt & pepper
1/4-1/2 c olive oil
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, almonds, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour oil olive into a shallow dish. Dip each chicken strip into the olive oil and then roll into the bread crumb mixture and place into a shallow baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes until the strip are brown and crispy on top. (Do Not turn the chicken during cooking).
