2# ground beef
4 pkgs brown gravy mix
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 c hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, 1 pkg brown gravy mix, onion, egg, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, pepper and water. Shape into 6-8 patties and brown in skillet.

Remove cooked beef patties and put in baking dish. Prepare 3 pkgs of brown gravy with 2-1.2 c cold water - Stir to dissolve. Pour over patties and bake for 30-45 min (uncovered).
