4 baking potatoes
2 oz. reduced calorie cream cheese (cubed & soft)
2 T snipped chives
1/4 t basic
1/8 t salt & pepper
3-4 T skim bilk
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Prick potatoes and bake at 375 for 45-50 mins. Cool. Cut in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out each potato half, leaving a thin shell. Set shells aside.

Put pulp into mixer bowl. Add cream cheese, chives, basil, salt and pepper. Add milk, a tablespoon at a time, beating until potato mixture is fluffy.

Pipe or spoon potato mixture into shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Uncover and bake 10 min.
