Chicken Layer
3 cups chopped chicken or turkey
2 cups finely chopped celery
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp, gelatin
1/4 cup cold water

1 cup ground fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 package orange gelatin
1package raspberry gelatin
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup broken nuts

Directions:

Chicken layer:
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Add to mayonnaise and broth. Add chicken and celery and season to taste with salt and pepper.


Combine cranberries and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add juice. Chill till slightly thick. Add cranberries, pineapple, walnuts and celery. Pour into 2-quart ring mold and chill until firm. Then put chicken mixture on top.
