1 can of green beans or fresh beans cut in pieces and cooked until tender (do not overcook)
1/2 pint of sour cream
1 egg
6 medium potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp. oleo
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up potatoes, cover with water and add a little salt and cook partially (not all the way). Add beans, liquid also.Make a sauce of the sour cream, 1 egg and 2 tbsp. of flour, add the 3/4 cup of milk, salt and pepper and beat with a whisk. Add to beans and potatoes and bring to a boil or until potatoes are done. Add 2 tbsp of oleo right in the soup.

Note **It wont curdle if you take the beans and potatoes off and let them cool before you add the sauce, then put it back on the stove and bring it to a boil.
