1 shredded cabbage
2 grated carrots
1 sweet onion sliced thin
3/4 cup canola oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place cabbage, onion and carrots in big bowl. Sprinkle sugar over veggies. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil. Stir well, and pour over veggies. Toss well and cover. best when eaten in 24 hours. Lasts up to three weeks in refrigerator.
