2 cups heated milk
1 cup of sugar
1 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
8 cups flour
2 dry yeasts
4 lbs of walnuts with the shell

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add sugar and salt. When luke warm add yeast, first dissolve in 1/4 cup warm water. Mix then add slightly beaten eggs and melt butter. Mix well all together. Add half the flour, beat well and add remaining flour, (little more if needed, little at a time to make a nice elastic dough) Knead on floured surface, let it rise until it doubles. Push down and make balls, let it rest 15 minutes. Make Rolls , let those rest for 15 minutes. Bake at 350º in oven or until nice and brown.
