12 eggs
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 - 2 Tbsp mustard
onion (chopped) (optional)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in cold water. Put pot on stove and heat on medium high until they come to a boil. Reduce heat to med/low and cook for 12 minutes.

Remove eggs from heat and rinse in cold water. Cool in refrigerator.

Crack and remove shells. Slice eggs lengthwise, and remove yokes. Place empty eggs on egg dish.

Using a fork, break down the yokes and add mayonnaise and mustard to desired consistency.

Fill empty egg whites with filling and sprinkle with paprika - Yummy!

Yum Yum - you can use as many eggs as you wish and then just adjust the mayonnaise and mustard mixture.
