1 stick of butter (softened)
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Mix eggs separately, then add to mixture and sir. Add remaining ingredients, stirring after each. Mixture will be slightly lumpy. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
Mixture will yield one deep dish pie crust or two regular pie crust.
