Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 T butter
1 T flour
4 T dry mustard powder
2 t sugar
1/3 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

Melt butter, add flour and stir til frothy. Remove from heat and blend in cream gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook sauce over boiling water til thickened. Cool slightly and add vinegar.

Serve on sandwiches, or with cold steak or any meats. Little bit of a bite to it, but pleasant.
