1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
3 cups diced raw potatoes
1 small onion, quartered
3 T flour
1 t salt
1/4 t baking powder
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients in blender til just passed through blades. Pour or spoon onto hot griddle, and fry til brown on both sides, turning only once.
Serve hot. Great with sour cream (yoghurt cheese) or apple sauce.
