1 2/3 cups flour
3 T sugar
1 T baking powder
1/4 t salt
6 T cold unsalted butter
1 egg
1/3 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Blend in butter with pastry cutter.
Whisk egg with buttermilk and pour into flour mixture, stir with fork til just blended.
Turn onto lightly floured surface and pat to about 1" thickness. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Cut inot eights and brush with buttermilk, than sprinkle with sugar.
Preheated oven of 425º
