Cake:
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
3 cups grated carrots

Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend with mixer. Pour cake batter into 2 pans lined with wax paper. Bake 25-27 minutes at 350 degrees. For frosting, cream butter and cream cheese with mixer until very soft. Add remaining ingredients. Mix again. Frost cake when cooled.
