2 large cans boiled pearl onions
1 large bunch broccoli, separated into serving sizes (6-8
cups)
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 quart milk
1 pint cream
1 - 2 cups grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter & flour without burning. Add cream & milk a little at a time. Season this cream sauce with salt & pepper. Cook broccoli and put in oven proof casserole dish. Add drained onions. Add cream sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 until hot. Put under broiler to brown cheese.
