1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 cup spicy V-8 juice
3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
1 16 oz . container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef and cook the onion and mushrooms together. When the onion is translucent and the beef browned, drain
the fat. Add the tomato juice. Mix. Add the noodles and make sure they are submerged. Cover and simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Add the sour cream and mix everything together and cook until the mixture is bubbly. Serve.
