Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 cup cider vinegar/lemon juice
1 Tbsp. salt
4 cups vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of a blender or food processor, combine the eggs, mustard, paprika and salt. Blend until the eggs are creamy. This is done so that they will emulsify the oil. The oil needs to be dribbled in at first then poured in a slow stream after that. As the mixture gets thick, add the vinegar/lemon juice. This is used for flavor and to thin the mixture to your taste. Taste. Adjust with more vinegar and salt if necessary.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For a real taste treat, add 4 cloves garlic, chopped, with the mustard and paprika. Real yum!
