2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp. coarsely ground allspice
¼ cup butter or margarine, divided
½ cup diced shallots (3 large)
2/3 cup dry white wine
3-Tbs. seedless blackberry fruit spread

Sprinkle pork evenly with salt, pepper and allspice. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Grill pork over medium high heat (350-400 degrees) 20 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Melt 2-Tbs. butter in small saucepan over medium-high heat while pork is resting. Add shallots and sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Add wine and cook until liquid is reduced by half, about 13 minutes. Reduce heat to low; whisk in fruit spread and remaining 2-Tbs. butter. Cook for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cut pork into ¼ inch thick slices. Drizzle with blackberry sauce.
