2 Sticks Butter ( Softened )
1 Cup Firm Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour ( Sifted )
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Cups Quaker Oats ( Old Fashioned )

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350º .
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add Flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt mix well.
Drop by teaspoon unto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute wire racks
