1 pre made unbaked pie crust
1 15oz Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
2 large eggs – beaten
¾ cup pure natural maple syrup
1 12oz can evaporated milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. salt

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add maple syrup, spices and salt. Add pumpkin and mix well. Add milk and mix. Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees. Bake 40 – 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool for 2 hours. Pie will be shiny when done.
