8 oz. Pozza's Pasta
2 T. butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 lb. ground beef (pork or Italian Sausage)
1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to directions, drain.
Stir butter into hot pasta in cooking pan.
Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a 10"
greased pie plate.
Spread with ricotta cheese.


Brown meat, drain off fat.
Add pasta sauce to meat, heating through
until warm.
Stir eggs and Parmesan cheese to meat/sauce mixture; pour over spaghetti.

Bake @ 350º for 25 minutes, uncovered.
Sprinkle with mozzarella; bake 5-10 more or
until cheese melts.
