1 whole chicken (chopped)
2- 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 lb. potato cut in wedges (peeled)
1 onion (chopped)
1 T. garlic
5-6 bay leaf
2 T. milk
1 c. green peas
1 c. corn
1 c. carrots (chopped)
2 T. chicken base (not broth)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken pieces in butter then add garlic and onion, saute.
Add potato, carrots, stir.
Cook for 13 minutes on low heat.
Add peas and corn, chicken base, milk, tomato and bay leaf.
Cover, cook for 13 minutes more.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice.
