Spareribs for grilling
salt & pepper
garlic salt
chicken bouillon (optional)
1 thinly sliced onion
1/2 - 1 head cabbage, sliced
1 large can hominy corn

Directions:
Directions:
Day 1: Parboil until tender however many spareribs you intend to grill. Put the broth in the fridge overnight to harden the fat and eat the ribs tonight!
Day 2: Scoop the fat off the top, warm the broth and add salt & pepper, garlic salt, onion, cabbage and hominy corn.
Simmer for 30 min. or until cabbage is tender.
