2 each 29 oz. cans of cut sweet potatoes (yams)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cube butter - cut into pats
miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Drain one can of yams, place both cans of yams and juice from one can in a 13" X 9" casserole dish. Sprinkle with about 1/2 cup of brown sugar, pats of butter, cover with miniature marshmallows. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until yams are candied.
