2 lb lean ground beef
2 lb Sirloin steak, cut into small bite-sized pieces
3 medium onions (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
8 fresh jalapeno peppers (chopped)
2 Tbsp fresh ground cumin
1 tsp allspice
12 oz your favorite beer (not lite beer)
1 oz tabasco sauce
5 garlic cloves (crushed)
3 Tbsp corn meal
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 bay leaves
1 cup stewed tomatoes (chopped)
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic, and chopped peppers in 4 Tbsp of peanut oil or bacon grease. Add the meat & cook until browned.

Add other ingredients except the cumin. Stir constantly until it reaches a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes then lower heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.

After cooking for 10 minutes add the cumin and stir. Simmer for about1 hour 15 minutes and it's ready to serve.

You may, of course, adjust the seasoning to taste by increasing or reducing the tabasco and jalapeno. If you want it very hot, add some habanero peppers!
