3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup cornstarch
2-3 eggs
oil
garlic salt
Sauce:
3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
2 c. red wine vinegar
4 T. soy sauce
2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in pieces approximately 1" by 3". Rinse and dry. Shake chicken in cornstarch, then dip in egg and fry in hot oil to form a light batter coating. Shake each side with garlic salt as you fry.
Sauce: Mix and heat.
Put chicken in large baking pan. Pour sauce over and bake for 50 minutes at 350º turning halfway through baking.

This can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until baking time. Pour sauce over just before baking.
