1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant cocoa mix
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together thoroughly butter, sugar, cocoa mix and egg. Add flour, stir until blended. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Using a level tablespoon of dough for each, shape into balls, roll pressing slightly in chopped pecans. Bake 2'' apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. 375º oven for 10-12 mins. Makes about 30 cookies.
