12 cups popped corn
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup salted cashews, or I use salted peanuts
1 large brown paper bag ( from grocery store)
1 stick butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place the popped corn, pretzels, and cashews in the paper bag. Shake to combine.
In small sauce pan, Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup,and salt. Bring to boil, when full boil, boil 2 minutes stirring constantly, end of 2 minutes take off stove top and add 1/2 tsp. soda, it will foam up. Carefully pour over popcorn mixture. Fold top of bag over and shake to coat popcorn.
Place bag in microwave; cook 1 1/2 minutes. Watch carefully as higher wattage ovens may cook faster. Remove bag and shake and microwave an additional 1 minute. Pour onto clean counter and let cool and put it into bag's or containers. Alternatively, transfer mixture to a greased sheet pan and bake at 250* for 1 hour stirring.
