4-5 lb. roast
2 T. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste with a little garlic

Directions:
Put roast into a pan of cold water. Add vinegar and let stand for an hour or two. This gets out all the blood and takes away the wild taste, Drain. Wrap in aluminum foil, Cooks in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 2 hours or until tender.
