6 boneless pork loin chops (1" in thickness)
1 T. olive oil
1 (6 oz.) pkg. crushed stuffing mix
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown pork shops. Meanwhile prepare stuffing according to package directions (or buy frozen cornbread dressing). spread pie filling into greased (pam) 13 X 9 baking dish. Place the pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 min. longer to brown.
