2 mangos
4 tbsp minced cilantro
4 tsp olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
1/2 red pepper diced
1/2 green pepper diced
4 - 6oz filets of sea bass (smaller if preferred)
1 cup barbecue sauce

peel and dice 2 ripe mangos. Combine mango with cilantro, tsp. olive oil, lemon juice, red and green pepper. Toss and let sit at least 1 hour or overnight.

Sea Bass

Sear sea bass in 1 tsp olive oil over high heat until lightly browned. Brush each filet with barbecue sauce and transfer to roasting pan. Roast in a 400º oven for 5 minutes.

Transfer to serve place and garish with mango salsa
