1 can LeSeur peas
1 can white corn
1 can french cut green beans
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small can pimentos, drained
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put peas, corn and green beans in saucepan and bring to a boil. Finely chop remaining vegetables and add. Prepare dressing with sugar, vinegar, oil, and pepper. Combine.

This recipe is from Janet Piper. Aunt Ellen usually cuts down on the sugar. You can also add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, or mushrooms.
