5 large egg yolks, 1 - 14 oz can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, 2/3 cup Key Lime juice, 1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place yolks in a large mixing bowl. Whisk them, but do not allow them to foam. Stirring constantly, slowly blend in the milk and then the lime juice. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until very cold.

This works for Kerry. Perhaps the baking immediately and without a meringue helps it to set up.
