1 taza de azúcar glas (glasé)
1/2 taza de mantequilla de cacahuete cremosa
3 cucharadas de mantequilla de cacahuete
1/2 kilo de cobertura blanca de chocolate.

Mezclar bien en un cuenco el azúcar, la mantequilla de cacahuete y la mantequilla. Hacer bolas de unos 2,5 cm. y colocarlas en una bandeja forrada con papel de horno. Enfriarlas en la nevera durante 30 minutos. Derretir la cobertura, bañar las bolas con el chocolate blanco y ponerlas en papel de horno para que se endurezcan. Enfriar en la nevera. Se pueden hacer dos docenas.
