1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
6 T. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
whipped topping or meringue

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and milk in top of double boiler. Cook until thickened over water. Add egg yolk, cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Cool. Turn into baked pie shell. Top with whipped topping or meringue.
