12 eggs, 1/2 cup mayonaise, 1 tsp honey mustard, 2 pinches of salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, paprika.

Directions:
Hard boil the eggs. Cool slightly. Halve eggs, placing yolks in medium mixing bowl and white halves on egg dish. Mash up yolks with a fork and then add @ 1/2 cup mayonaise and the honey mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth with a wooden spoon. Force mixture through a pastry tube into egg whites. Dust with paprika.

Gramma Judy uses yellow mustard and about a tsp of sweet pickle juice for hers. She spoons the filling into the whites and it just isn't as pretty.
