1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside. Blend sugar, oil and eggs together. Add dry ingredients. Then add carrots and pumpkin. Mix well and add nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in 350º oven for approximately 45-50 minutes.
