One package of Rhoads Bread Dough (3 loaf size), 8 oz of hot pepper cheese, 8 oz of mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs, 2 T parsley flakes (dry), 1 pound sausage (browned and drained).

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on package to thaw dough. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Roll each bread dough out on wax paper to form a rectangle, @ 1/2 in thick, and place 1/3 of the mixture over dough, leaving 1 inch of dough uncovered on all sides. Roll and seal like a jelly roll. Seal well. Place on a cookie sheet. Repeat for other two loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 3 loaves.
