3 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

4 oz Hershey chocolate bar
3 tbsp strong coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cram

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and a pinch of salt. Beat until it stands in soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff. Fold in pecans and vanilla. Place in a greased 9 in pie plate making a nest like shell build up the sides 1/2 inch above the edge of the plate. Bake at 275º for 1 hour. Cool Completely.
Melt chocolate and add coffee.Stir until smooth over low heat. Cool and stir in vanilla. Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Turn into baked shell. Chill for 2 hours and then serve.
