2 lbs scallops
Stuffing:
1 1/2 tsp minced dried onions
12 tbsp butter
3 cups of Ritz crackers
3 tbsp sherry
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
pepper
2 cans minced clams ( reserve juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut scallops into half's or quarters depending on their size. Mix stuffing by sautéing dried onions with butter and add all other ingredients except scallops. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with 1/2 stuffing mixture. Place scallops on top, then cover with the remainder of the stuffing. Sprinkle calm juice over the top and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes uncovered.
