2 cans 15 or 16 oz Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
2/3 cup Tahini/Tehina, roasted, not raw
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed is best
toasted pine nuts, optional
chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garbanzo beans, Tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water and olive oil in food processor. Process until smooth.
Add salt, starting at ½ teaspoon to taste.
Spoon into serving dish. Garnish with pine nuts and parsley, if desired.*
