1 lb. Italian Sausage (add a little hamburger to make more meat)
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
1 tbsp. basil
1 ½ tsp. salt.
1 jar (about 1 lb. 12 oz.) spaghetti sauce (or 1 lb can tomatoes & 1 six oz. cans tomato paste)
Lasagna Noodles
2 eggs
½ c Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 lb. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and hamburger in pan. Add garlic, basil, salt and sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook noodles.
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Layer noodles, above mixture, mozzarella cheese, meat sauce, and repeat
Bake 350˚ for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
