3 slices of soft bread
1 c milk
1 egg, beaten
1 ¼ lb ground beef
¼ lb. sausage
1 ¼ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ c minced onions or ¼ tsp. onion salt
¼ tsp each: pepper, sage, dry mustard, celery salt and garlic salt

Directions:
Heat the oven to 350˚. Tear bread in pieces into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form lightly in loaf and place in shallow baking pan. If desired, spread 3 tbsp. catsup or chili sauce over top of loaf before baking. Bake 1 ½ hours. Serves 8.
