1 cup butter
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2/3 cup finely ground almonds
Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour and ground almonds.
Place Dough on a piece of plastic wrap. Roll up into 10" sausage shape and refrigerates until firm, at least an hour.
Preheat over to 350 degree. Remove dough from fridge and slice into 1/4" rounds. Place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake cookies for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar.
