1 lb. stew meat, cut in quarters
4-5 potatoes - peeled and quartered
1 onion - chopped
1 cup water
2 tsp. Accent
1 T. flour
1 cup celery
1 cup chopped green peppers or green beans
1 can tomato soup (or 15 oz. tomatoes)
1 bay leaf
Salt, Pepper to Taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a large roasting pan.
Stir gently to combine.

Bake @ 325º-350º for 3 hours.
