2 Bags Peppridge Farms Onion Sage Dressing
4 Granny Smith Apples ( Peeled & Cored & Diced )
2 Small Sweet Onions ( Diced )
1 Package Link Sausage
2 Boxes of Chicken Broth ( 32 oz. each )
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms ( Sliced )
7 Ribs of Celery ( Diced )

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown the package of link sausage and remove from heat to let cool.
Take the diced onions, celery and sliced mushrooms and saute until they are tender. Add the apples which have been peeled ,cored and cubed to the mixture and saute for about 1 1/2 additional minutes. Remove from heat.
Take the browned sausage and slice to about 118 inches thick.
Pour the dressing into a large sauce pan and add the sautéed vegetables with apple. Then add the sausage. Stir as best you can.
Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and heat on the stove until warm.
Place in large casserole dish and bake at 375º for
40 minutes.
