1 very small can of sliced olives
1 roll of Bob Evans spicy sausage
1 small red pepper
1 pack of shredded pepper jack cheese
1 packet of Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1 c. of milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 bag of tostitos scoops

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the sausage until cooked and drain.
Cut the olives to make smaller pieces and dice your red pepper.
Make the Hidden Valley ranch dressing.
Combine sausage, olives, red peppers, pepper jack cheese, and ranch dressing mixture.
Pour in a casserole dish.
Bake mixture at 350º for 20-30 minutes until it bubbles and browns.

This recipe was originally made in won ton wrappers and over the years my family has changed it to our taste. We only came across this recipe a few years ago. It has become a family and friend favorite. Anyone who has ever tried it has liked it. We make sure that at all family functions that someone is making it. I have actually made it for our annual Christmas party/gift exchange for our department and everyone loved it and I am always asked for the recipe****
