1 lb American Cheese (be sure its American)
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 cup of water

Grate cheese, put in blender combine rest of ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Put this in blender with cheese and blend. If it is to thick add a little water.
