4 ˝ c. warm water
˝ c. gluten flour
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
8-10 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ˝ cup of the warm water. In large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups warm water, gluten flour, salt, olive oil and sugar. Add yeast mixture. Add 4 cups flour until well blended. Continue to add flour 1 cup at a time until a soft, but not sticky dough is developed. Let rise until double. Punch down. Shape into 4 loaves—(may use bread pans if preferred). Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, or until bread sounds hollow when tapped.
