1 bottle of white wine
2 large cans of stewed tomatoes
1 can of water
2 cans of tomato paste
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups of chopped onions
pinch of saffron
Italian seasoning (basil. oregano, etc)
1 lb whitefish
1 lb shrimp
1 lb scallops
2 lb clams
other seafood optional
hot garlic sourdough

Directions:
Directions:
Pour wine into roasting pan. Add stewed tomatoes, water, tomato paste, chopped celery, chopped onions, saffron, and Italian seasoning to taste. Simmer all day (6-8) hours. Approximately 45 minutes before serving raise temperature to 300º. Add whitefish, shrimp, scallops, clams, and any other seafood you like. Cook for an additional 20 minutes. Serve with hot garlic sourdough bread.
