6 oz. chopped Oscar Mayer (Microwave) bacon (Microwave & chop)
1 onion diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 small carrots, diced
1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn drained
1 large can Rotel diced tomatoes (w or w/o chili peppers) (drained)
2 15 oz. cans great northern white beans (drained)
3 cups Swanson's (no msg) Chicken broth
1 medium can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Coarsely ground black pepper
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped bacon, onion, celery and carrot in a large saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, spinach, broth, tomato soup, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and top with granted cheese
